Course Overview
The Mentorship and Career Guidance module is a key component of the SkillSphere programme, designed to support NEET youth aged 18 to 29 in defining and building their professional path. Through personalized mentorship sessions, participants receive ongoing one-on-one support from experienced sector mentors.
The programme includes workshops on self-assessment, career goal setting, CV development, and mock interviews. Activities are also available online to ensure flexibility and continuous access.
This approach combines personal development, understanding of the labour market, and practical networking, engaging employers, recruitment specialists, and professionals from the sector.
Objectives
