Ateliere Fără Frontiere is a non-profit organization, established in 2008, which integrates people from vulnerable backgrounds into the labor market in Romania, in a sustainable and environmentally responsible way.
Since 2019, AFF is affiliated to Groupe SOS, a global network working to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
The projects run by AFF respond to the need of excluded people to be socially and economically reintegrated in society, to the need for responsible waste management and the need for access to digital education in disadvantaged or isolated communities.

The Braşov County Employment Agency offers services to both individuals looking for a job, such as: registering people in the agency’s records, job mediation, professional information and counseling, professional training, supplementing salary income (30% of unemployment benefit and activation premium for unemployed people not receiving benefits), stimulating labor mobility (transportation settlement for unemployed people residing in localities provided for in the National Employment Plan), payment of the installation premium for those who change their residence to a locality in the National Employment Plan as a result of employment, relocation premium for those who are employed at a distance greater than 50 km from their home and live in a rented house; as well as economic agents, such as: subsidizing jobs for: people over 45 years old, sole breadwinners of single-parent families and people with disabilities, graduates, people who have no more than 5 years left until they meet the retirement conditions; long-term unemployed, young NEETs as well as young people in difficulty and facing the risk of professional exclusion, but also promoting the participation in the labor market of young people at risk of social marginalization.

AJOFM Dâmboviţa is a county-level branch of Romania’s National Employment Agency, tasked with supporting workforce integration and combating unemployment. Its services target both jobseekers and employers, aiming to reintegrate disadvantaged individuals and stimulate inclusive hiring. AJOFM Dâmboviţa promotes equal access to the labour market and supports the socio-professional activation of vulnerable groups through counselling, subsidies, and public-private cooperation

Cosvitec Est is a Bucharest-based training center active in education and socio-professional integration, with strong experience in international projects targeting youth. The organization works closely with universities, companies, and European institutions to offer internships, career guidance, and vocational training in areas such as IT, HORECA, marketing, administration, electronics, and food safety.
Acting as a bridge between education and the labour market, Cosvitec Est supports inclusion and skills development through Erasmus+ mobilities and strategic partnerships. Sinergie is an italian NGO whose mission is to contribute to sustainable development, equity and efficient use of all available resources, in order to create a better and more sustainable future for all.
Sinergie works primarily on: educational actions; prevention and raising awareness actions; educational activities and support to policy reforms; structured dialogue; cultural exchanges; large-scale events; activities related to the empowerment of groups at social risk or marginalized groups and transnational cooperation actions.
