Across Europe, thousands of young people aged 18 to 29 find themselves excluded from educational and work pathways, risking isolation and marginalization. SkillSphere was created to provide a concrete response to this challenge, promoting the socio-professional inclusion of 180 NEET youth in Romania, Italy, and Bulgaria. Through an integrated approach that combines training, mentoring, and internships, the project provides practical tools to regain confidence, skills, and autonomy. By actively involving businesses, local authorities, and communities, SkillSphere aims to build a sustainable and long-term support ecosystem. A replicable model designed to create a more equitable, supportive society, ready to embrace the potential of every young person.
